By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.GENERAL
• AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited.
• All commission requests are subject to review and approval.
• I reserve the right to decline commissions.
• All commissions are drawn in my art style.
• I may use the artwork for promotion, social media, and portfolio unless otherwise agreed.COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS
• Commissions are for Personal Use only, commercial use is not permitted.
• Credit is required when posting the artwork. You can find my social medias on my “about me” page.COMMUNICATION
• Clear references and a detailed description are required before work begins.
• If no response is received before work begins within 3 days, the commission may be declined.
• If no response is received within 1 week after work begins, I will proceed to final delivery as is.What I will draw
• Human / humanoid
• Mild blood / artistic gore
• Simple backgrounds (from abstract to basic interior/exterior). Basic interior/exterior incur an additional fee.What I won’t draw
• Furry / anthro / animal
• NSFW
• Armor / mecha / vehicle
• Realism
• Complex character designs, perspective, and architecture-heavy backgrounds
• Anything I am uncomfortable with or consider problematicPAYMENTS
• All listed prices are base prices. Final pricing depends on complexity.
• A 50% payment of final price is required before work begins, full payment after complete artwork.EXTRA FEES
• Additional characters: +50% of the base price each.
• Basic interior/exterior background: +$3
• Additional revisions: +$2 per extra revision

• 1 free revision (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost $2 each (must be paid before final delivery).
• Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part (will be corrected at no cost).
• Major changes due to missing or unclear references or requests are not considered artist error.DEADLINES
• A commission may take 1-2 weeks depending on complexity, queue, health, school, work, or personal matters.
• I will keep you updated if delays occur.
• If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $5.REFUNDS
• Once payment is received, refunds are not available.
• I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
• You may cancel before payment is made.
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.Filing a chargeback will
• Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
• Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
• Result in a formal complaint against you.
